Motorola PEBL U6
It's called the PEBL.. because it looks like a pebble
on the outside. Open it up and there's a reasonably
large colour screen and a flat keypad like the stylish
RAZR.
Part of the appeal of the Motorola PEBL is how it
feels in the hand.. a combination of smooth curves
and quality materials make the PEBL a phone that you'll
love to hold. But it's not just a pretty phone - the
PEBL comes with Bluetooth so you can use it with a compatible
headset, a digital camera capable of taking basic snapshots
and short video clips, web browser and an email client,
plus all the basics such as Java for downloadable games,
polyphonic ringtones and multimedia messaging.
It's a quad band GSM phone which means that you can
use it all over the world, including the US and other
parts of North and South America, which is handy if
you travel a lot. The battery life is good, with a maximum
of six hours talk time.
In truth, it's not the world's most advanced phone
in terms of features, but it is one of the best looking
mobiles we've ever seen and it's lots of fun too.
